Want to be a mom and try too hard yet destiny always has to play its part.
A 34 years old female, tried to convince her several times but somehow the outcome was not in her favor. She was very depressed and didn’t know what to do; while searching for the answer, she came all the way to our Oorkid hospital and IVF Center. With a heavy heart, she waited to see a guiding light from The god & the person we call “Doctor”.
Our Consultant obstetrician and gynecologist met this patient a year back or so, who had no hopes but a simple wish to be a mother. Dr. Kaajal knew that she’s got to do, everything in her power to fulfill her one motto, which is “Every female has the right to be a mother”.
Dr. Kaajal did the patient’s routine workup to rule out the exact problem that has made her face such difficulties to conceive. After conclusion, Dr. Kaajal suggested the patient to go for IVF straight away as she had poor ovarian reserve with degrading sperm quality. Inspite of these problems, with the knowledge and expertise of Dr. Kaajal Mangukiya, the patient conceived twins in the 1st cycle itself.
As destiny had other plans, her pregnancy had so many hurdles to come. Coming for her routine check-up, the patient frequently complained about the difficulty in urination. As it’s our consultant’s tendency to not stop until she finds the root cause and she found that the patient has kidney stones. Without delaying any further, Dr. Kaajal wanted to ease her pain and she decided to immediately do the procedure to remove those stones. Now with the help of a urologist, the procedure was successfully done without any complications.
the patient successfully completed her 8 and half months pregnancy and came to hospital with labour pain. On examination, Dr. Kaajal established that it was the time to deliver these babies. The delivery was successful with healthy babies.
After delivering the babies, mother started to bleed profusely. Dr. Kaajal did everything she could to stop the bleeding but somethings are inevitable. Patient started to go under post partum haemorrhage. So to save the life of the mother, Dr. Kaajal was left with no other choice. By giving the first preference to the mother’s life, she went for “Emergency Obstetric Hysterectomy“ (removal of uterus to save the patient’s life). After the EOH, Patient was kept under observation for 72hours until she is completely out of danger. Finally, our doctor with her team received the fruit for their hardwork and saved the life of the mother and her babies.

એક 34 વર્ષીય મહિલા, ઘણી વખત સમજાવવાનો પ્રયાસ કર્યો પરંતુ કોઈક રીતે પરિણામ તેની તરફેણમાં ન આવ્યું. તે ખૂબ જ હતાશ હતી અને શું કરવું તે જાણતી ન હતી; જવાબ શોધતી વખતે, તે અમારી ઓર્કિડ હોસ્પિટલ અને IVF સેન્ટરમાં આવી. ભારે હૃદય સાથે, તે ભગવાન અને વ્યક્તિ કે જેને આપણે “ડૉક્ટર” કહીએ છીએ તેના તરફથી માર્ગદર્શક મેળવવાની રાહ જોઈ રહી હતી.
અમારા કન્સલ્ટન્ટ ,ઑબ્સ્ટેટ્રિશિયન અને ગાયનેકોલોજિસ્ટ એકાદ વર્ષ પહેલાં આ દર્દીને મળ્યા હતા, જેમને માતા બનવાની કોઈ આશા નહોતી પણ સાદી ઈચ્છા હતી.
ડૉ. કાજલનું સૂત્ર છે કે “દરેક સ્ત્રીને માતા બનવાનો અધિકાર છે” અને તે આવું કરવા માટે તેની શક્તિમાં બધું જ કરશે.
ડો. કાજલે દર્દીના નિયમિત વર્કઅપને ચોક્કસ સમસ્યાને નકારી કાઢવા માટે કરી હતી જેના કારણે તેણીને ગર્ભધારણ કરવામાં આવી મુશ્કેલીઓનો સામનો કરવો પડ્યો હતો. નિષ્કર્ષ પછી, ડૉ. કાજલે દર્દીને તરત જ IVF કરાવવાનું સૂચન કર્યું કારણ કે દર્દીના પતિના શુક્રાણુની ગુણવત્તામાં ઘટાડો સાથે અંડાશયની નબળી હતી. આ સમસ્યાઓ હોવા છતાં, ડૉ. કાજલ માંગુકિયાના જ્ઞાન અને કુશળતાથી, દર્દીએ પહેલી વાર માં જ જોડિયા બાળકોની કલ્પના કરી.
નિયતિની અન્ય યોજનાઓ હોવાથી, તેણીની ગર્ભાવસ્થાની મુસાફરીમાં ઘણી અવરોધો આવવા ના હતી. તેણીના નિયમિત ચેક-અપ માટે આવતા, દર્દી વારંવાર પેશાબમાં મુશ્કેલી વિશે ફરિયાદ કરે છે. કારણ કે અમારા કન્સલ્ટન્ટની વૃત્તિ છે કે જ્યાં સુધી તેણીને મૂળ કારણ ન મળે અને તેણીને જાણવા મળ્યું કે દર્દીને કિડનીમાં પથરી છે ત્યાં સુધી તે અટકશે નહીં. વધુ વિલંબ કર્યા વિના, ડૉ. કાજલ તેની પીડા ઓછી કરવા માંગતા હતા અને તેણે તરત જ તે પથરી દૂર કરવાની પ્રક્રિયા કરવાનું નક્કી કર્યું. હવે યુરોલોજિસ્ટની મદદથી, પ્રક્રિયા કોઈપણ જટિલતાઓ વિના સફળતાપૂર્વક કરવામાં આવી હતી.
દર્દીએ સફળતાપૂર્વક તેની સાડા 8 મહિનાની ગર્ભાવસ્થા પૂર્ણ કરી અને પ્રસૂતિની પીડા સાથે હોસ્પિટલમાં આવી. ડૉ. કાજલે દર્દીની તપાસ કરી ને સ્થાપિત કર્યું કે આ બાળકોને જન્મ આપવાનો સમય આવી ગયો છે. સ્વસ્થ બાળકો સાથે ડિલિવરી સફળ રહી હતી.
બાળકોને જન્મ આપ્યા પછી, માતાને ખૂબ લોહી વહેવા લાગ્યું. ડો. કાજલે રક્તસ્ત્રાવ રોકવા માટે તેણીની બનતી તમામ બાબતો કરી પરંતુ અનિવાર્ય રહયા. દર્દીને પોસ્ટપાર્ટમ હેમરેજ હેઠળ જવાનું શરૂ થયું. તેથી માતાનો જીવ બચાવવા માટે ડૉ.કાજલ પાસે બીજો કોઈ વિકલ્પ બચ્યો ન હતો. માતાના જીવનને પ્રથમ પ્રાધાન્ય આપીને, તેણીએ “ઇમર્જન્સી ઑબ્સ્ટેટ્રિક હિસ્ટરેકટમી” (દર્દીના જીવનને બચાવવા માટે ગર્ભાશયને દૂર કરવું) માટે ગયા. EOH પછી, દર્દીને 72 કલાક સુધી નિરીક્ષણ હેઠળ રાખવામાં આવી હતી જ્યાં સુધી તે સંપૂર્ણપણે જોખમમાંથી બહાર ન આવે. અંતે, અમારી ટીમ સાથેના અમારા ડૉક્ટરને તેમની મહેનતનું ફળ મળ્યું અને માતા અને તેના બાળકોનો જીવ બચાવ્યો.
